The Supreme Judicial Council has summoned Noor Zahir, Haitham Al-Jubouri, and Raed Jouhi to attend a court session on November 21.

The judiciary has warned the three defendants of the "theft of the century" that if they do not attend, they will be judged in absentia.

The judiciary described the defendants Noor Zahir, Haitham Al-Jubouri, and Raed Jouhi as fugitives due to the unknown nature of their residence and their absence from their known addresses.

The court clarified that Noor Zahir will be tried under Article 444 of the Penal Code related to theft, while Haitham Al-Jubouri will be tried under Article 331 of the Penal Code related to breach of official duties with the intent to achieve personal gain.

Additionally, the third defendant, Raed Jouhi, will be tried under Article 316 of the Penal Code related to abuse of position and embezzlement of funds.
