The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of all efforts to help Syrians achieve their aspirations and rebuild their state without interference in their internal affairs. He highlighted the need for a transitional phase through a comprehensive political process that ensures the rights of all components of the Syrian people while maintaining the safety and unity of Syrian territories, which is crucial for regional security and stability.

President Macron reaffirmed France's commitment to Iraq's security and stability, standing by Iraq in facing various challenges, especially in combating terrorism, and emphasized Iraq's pivotal role in the region.

The call also covered regional developments, particularly the difficult humanitarian situation in Gaza, and the need to intensify efforts to alleviate the suffering of Palestinians, as well as ensuring the continuation of the ceasefire in Lebanon.
