Today, Friday, Iraq signed three new memorandums of understanding with Spain. The memorandums are as follows:
1. A memorandum between the Iraqi and Spanish Ministries of Interior.
2. A memorandum between the Iraqi Integrity Commission and the Attorney General of Spain.
3. A memorandum between the Wasit Governorate and the Spanish construction company Ematia.
