The Axios news site revealed that Israel will respond forcefully to the Iranian missile attack that occurred on Tuesday, noting that the response will take place within days and will target oil facilities inside Iran.
Axios reported that Israeli officials warned of a comprehensive regional war, stating that Israel would launch a "strong response" to the massive missile attack within days, which could target oil production facilities in Iran and other strategic sites.
Iranian Chief of Staff General Mohammad Bagheri threatened to strike "all infrastructure" in Israel if it attacked Iran in response to the launch of approximately 200 hypersonic ballistic missiles at Israel on Tuesday evening.
According to Axios, Israeli officials stated that all options are on the table, including strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities.
An Israeli official said, "We have a big question mark regarding how the Iranians will respond to the attack, but we are considering the possibility that they will unleash all their power, which would be a completely different game."
