The Iraqi Red Crescent Society announced on Tuesday that it is preparing mobile hospitals, medical clinics, and rest stations to be deployed at Iraqi border crossings in anticipation of receiving Lebanese families displaced by Israeli shelling in Lebanon.
In a statement received by Al-Awla, the society stated that it has equipped its mobile hospitals and medical clinics with medications and first aid supplies, as well as prepared several ambulances to be stationed in border areas for the expected influx of displaced Lebanese families.
The society added that the Iraqi Red Crescent teams are fully ready to welcome the displaced and provide them with humanitarian services.
