Under the directive of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, two planes of medical aid took off this morning, Saturday, prepared by the Popular Mobilization Forces and the Iraqi Red Crescent to meet the needs of Lebanese hospitals due to the repeated malicious assaults by the Israeli forces. The new shipments include various medical supplies for eye injuries, amputations, abdominal injuries, and burns. The aid also includes devices and materials that contribute to saving the lives of the injured and assist doctors in their work during emergencies, intensive care, and surgical operations.

This humanitarian initiative is part of the solidarity with the brotherly Lebanese people who are experiencing difficult conditions exacerbated by the treacherous Israeli assaults. The brothers in Lebanon have stood in support of their counterparts in the Gaza Strip, which has been subjected to a genocidal war for nearly a year.
