On Tuesday, the Ministry of Finance revealed that the total Iraqi revenue in the federal budget over the past seven months exceeded 77 trillion dinars, confirming that oil contributions to the budget remain around 89%

The "Al-Oula" channel followed up on the data and tables released by the Ministry of Finance in August for the accounts of January, February, March, April, May, June, and July of the current fiscal year. The data indicated that oil remains the primary source of Iraq’s public budget, accounting for 89%, highlighting that a rentier economy is the foundation of the country's general budget

According to the financial tables, total revenues for the first seven months of the current year amounted to 77 trillion, 475 billion, 502 million, 239 thousand, and 546 dinars. The total loans amounted to 15 trillion, 664 billion, 477 million, 820 thousand, and 559 dinars

The financial tables show that oil revenues reached 69 trillion, 55 billion, 827 million, and 984 thousand dinars, making up 89% of the total public budget, while non-oil revenues amounted to 8 trillion, 317 billion, 883 million, and 512 thousand dinars
