It explained that the Iraqi government continues to pursue a policy of neutrality that preserves the nation’s security and stability. The ministry also stressed that any actions taken by certain groups or individuals that contradict the state’s direction do not represent Iraq’s official policy.

It added that official authorities will not allow the misuse of positions or job titles to carry out unilateral actions that could affect the national stance or drag the country into regional conflicts.
