Mr. Rayan Al-Kildani, head of the Babylon Movement, received Mr. Baha Al-Araji, head of the Reconstruction and Development Bloc, in the Council of Representatives, accompanied by a delegation of the bloc’s MPs, in the presence of several MPs and leaders of the Babylon Movement.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed the latest political understandings regarding mechanisms for joint action to resolve the entitlements of the Presidency of the Republic and the formation of the government, within the framework of strengthening political stability in the country.

Both parties emphasized the importance of intensifying dialogue among political blocs and adopting national understandings that contribute to accelerating the completion of constitutional entitlements in a way that aligns with citizens’ aspirations and strengthens the work of state institutions.

The attendees also stressed the need to continue coordination and consultation in the coming phase to ensure reaching consensual solutions that support stability and push toward forming a government capable of addressing current challenges.

The Reconstruction and Development delegation expressed appreciation for the Babylon Movement’s role in bringing viewpoints closer and its positive contribution to building frameworks for national dialogue among various parties.
