The British newspaper The Mirror reported on Saturday that four people, including three students, were injured in a knife attack in Surrey, in southeast England.

The newspaper stated, “Three men, who are students at a London university, were stabbed at Egham railway station in Surrey on Friday,” noting that “the injured are receiving the necessary medical care and are in stable condition.”

According to local police, the suspect—a man in his thirties—has been arrested.

Police added that the total number of people injured in the incident was four.

The newspaper quoted police officers as saying they believe the altercation may have involved two groups of people who were not acquainted with one another.
