By Order of the President…Iranian-American Negotiations Set to Begin Within Days.

Iranian media reported that negotiations between Iran and the United States may begin in the coming days, with senior officials from both sides expected to participate, including Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff. Sources indicated that the Iranian president has ordered the start of the talks, which will most likely be held in Turkey. Meanwhile, U.S. President Donald Trump has presented Iran with five conditions, including ending uranium enrichment, dismantling the missile program, and halting regional support activities.

The Tasnim News Agency, which is close to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, quoted an informed source as saying that the chances of launching negotiations have increased, noting that the time and place of the meeting have not yet been finalized.

The source added that the talks are expected to be held at the level of Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff if the final framework is agreed upon in the coming days.

Fars News Agency also quoted a government source saying that the Iranian president has ordered the start of negotiations with the United States, pointing out that the talks will likely take place in Turkey within days.

Earlier today, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baghaei said during a press conference that Tehran is studying various diplomatic pathways to address tensions with the United States, adding that Iran hopes to reach results in the coming days.

Previously, the Israeli newspaper Maariv quoted an Israeli source saying that U.S. President Donald Trump is demanding five main conditions from Iran: handing over around 400 kilograms of enriched uranium, dismantling the nuclear and ballistic missile programs, halting the missile program, and ending support for proxies in Yemen, Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon.

The source added that “Israel understands that Iran will not be willing to discuss these demands collectively or individually,” describing the current phase as one of “stalling.”
