At this juncture, we emphasize the weight of the tasks ahead for your esteemed Council, particularly in enacting legislation that directly impacts the lives of the people—people who have shown great loyalty to the nation by turning out in large numbers to vote for their representatives.

The oversight role of your esteemed Council is no less important than its legislative function. The people expect you to exercise this role effectively, as a true parliamentary system and democratic experience cannot exist without a legislature capable of monitoring the executive branch, identifying shortcomings, and holding violators accountable.

We wish your esteemed Council continued success in fulfilling the remaining constitutional obligations within their designated timelines.
