Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov announced that work is underway to implement President Vladimir Putin’s directive to prepare proposals for a possible Russian nuclear test.
Lavrov added that Moscow has not received any clarification from the United States regarding President Donald Trump’s order last Sunday instructing the U.S. military to resume nuclear testing, according to the TASS news agency.
Meanwhile, the United States and President Trump have announced a plan for nuclear disarmament involving Russia and China.
