Israeli Channel 12 revealed new details about U.S. President Donald Trump’s upcoming visit to Israel.

According to the channel, “Trump will arrive at Ben Gurion Airport on Monday at 9:20 a.m., on the eve of the Simchat Torah holiday, where he will be received and then deliver a speech at the Knesset.”

It added, “After his speech at the Knesset, he will depart without any meetings or special ceremonies.”

A state of alert and anticipation has prevailed in Israel ahead of Trump’s visit, due to his significant role in reaching the agreement, including efforts related to the hostages’ families.

Last night, the families of the hostages sent a letter to the U.S. President inviting him to speak at the ‘Hatofim’ (Hostages) Square:

“It would be an honor for us if you agree to meet us during your upcoming visit to Israel. This could be one of the greatest displays of support in Israel’s history for a friend and ally.”
