Rubio also stated that the United States affirms Israel’s right to exist and defend itself against any threats as part of broader efforts to achieve a comprehensive and sustainable peace that ensures the security not only of Israel but of the entire region.

He pointed out that the vision of a Middle East free from terrorism is at the heart of President Trump’s plan to achieve regional security and peace, emphasizing that Washington will continue to lead diplomatic efforts to realize these goals.
