On Sunday, Iranian Army Commander Major General Amir Hatami affirmed that the Islamic Republic's missile and drone capabilities remain operational and ready for action, stressing that the threats have not yet ended and the enemy should not be underestimated.
Hatami stated, in remarks reported by state media, that "missile and drone capabilities are ready for any operation," noting that "attacks continued until the last moment before the ceasefire was imposed on the enemy."
He added that "global arrogance's opposition to the Islamic Republic of Iran stems from its religious and national commitment and its pursuit of scientific excellence," emphasizing that the threat remains and should not be considered over.
The 12-day war between Iran and Israel began on July 15, 2025, featuring missile strikes and drone attacks targeting military sites and infrastructure on both sides, before ending on July 27 with a ceasefire brokered internationally.
