Iranian media reported on Monday that a major fire erupted at a petroleum products plant along the Ziar Road east of Isfahan. No details were provided regarding the scale of damages or the cause of the blaze.

Verified accounts on “X” shared a video said to document the fire, showing flames rising alongside thick plumes of black smoke, while firefighting teams worked to extinguish it.

This incident comes just two days after a massive fire broke out at the Abadan refinery—the largest in southern Iran—resulting in the death of one employee and injuries to several other workers.
