White House spokesperson Karoline Leavitt revealed that U.S. President Donald Trump will make a decisive decision in the next two weeks regarding the U.S. position on the escalating situation between Israel and Iran.

Leavitt suggested in a press briefing that all options are on the table, including the possibility of a military strike against Iran.

She explained that “there is a strong chance for negotiations that may or may not take place with Iran soon,” stressing that “no one should be surprised by President Trump's stance” toward Tehran.

The White House spokesperson also indicated that Trump “has given considerable space and made a lot of effort to reach a diplomatic solution with Iran,” referring to American attempts to ease regional tensions.

She noted that “the whole world agrees with Trump that Iran must not be allowed to acquire a nuclear weapon,” adding that “President Trump is a man of peace through strength and is not afraid to use it.”

Leavitt concluded, “The Iranians are interested in coming to the White House,” affirming that “the agreement proposed by the special envoy, Witkoff, to the Iranians was realistic and acceptable,” according to her statement.
