• Iraq has pursued a foreign policy that prioritizes partnership and cooperation with Arab brothers.
• Our foreign policy is based on the principles of good neighborliness, non-interference in internal affairs, and neutrality in regional and international alignments.
• We have supported solutions based on dialogue and understanding, contributed to bridging differences, and adopted a productive diplomacy.
• Our vision for resolving crises in the region starts with the Palestinian people's full right to live in dignity on their land and ending ongoing aggression.
• The genocide against the Palestinian people has reached a level of brutality unseen in history’s conflicts.
• We reject, and will continue to reject, forced displacement of Palestinians. Attacks on Gaza, the West Bank, and occupied territories must stop, and humanitarian aid must be allowed.
We have all seen images of children waiting in long lines for a morsel of food or a piece of bread—what will this generation’s memory record in pain and injustice?
• We call for serious Arab action to rescue Gaza and reactivate UNRWA’s role in the sector and the West Bank.
• We support a ceasefire in southern Lebanon and condemn repeated violations of its sovereignty.
• We reaffirm our stance in support of Syria’s unity and sovereignty, rejecting any aggression or control over Syrian land.
• We will spare no effort in supporting our Syrian brothers in establishing a state of citizenship, a democratic constitutional system, and a transitional process that guarantees Syrian rights and combats terrorism.
• We commend the U.S. decision to lift sanctions on Syria and hope it alleviates the suffering of the Syrian people.
• Iraq affirms its support for Yemen’s unity, sovereignty, and an end to conflict to ease humanitarian suffering.
• Iraq insists on preserving Sudan’s unity and finding sustainable solutions amid its severe humanitarian crisis.
• Our fraternal bond with Libya calls for a unified solution through dialogue to enhance stability and end divisions.
• We welcome and support U.S.-Iran negotiations, believing in peace, coexistence, and productive communication.
• We must pursue fundamental solutions addressing root problems while ensuring interconnected Arab security and fostering institutional mechanisms that support stability.
• We announce 18 ambitious initiatives to enhance Arab cooperation, including establishing an Arab recovery and reconstruction fund for post-crisis development.
• Iraq contributes $20 million for rebuilding Gaza and $20 million for Lebanon’s reconstruction.
