Minister of Migration and Displacement, Ms. Evan Faeq Jabro, discussed avenues for joint cooperation on issues of migration, displacement, and deported Iraqis with the Australian Ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Glenn Miles, during their meeting at the ministry's headquarters in Baghdad.

The two sides addressed the major challenges facing the ministry's work in resolving displacement issues, particularly following the recent decision to halt foreign aid. They also explored ways to manage the matter of deported Iraqis in a humane and legal manner.

Both parties emphasized the importance of maintaining bilateral coordination to benefit the groups under the ministry's care and to bolster efforts toward community reintegration.
