Deputy Aswan Al-Kildani announced that he has collected signatures and obtained approval from the Presidency of the Council of Representatives and fellow deputies to include the draft law on the rights of victims of Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital, Al-Nuqaa Center, and Al-Hamdaniya Hall in the agenda of the upcoming parliamentary session.

Al-Kildani confirmed that he had previously submitted an official request to include the families of the victims in pension rights, and the first reading of the law has already been approved. He emphasized the importance of expediting the passage of critical laws that ensure the financial and pension rights of the affected individuals and their families, providing them with justice in accordance with existing laws.

He also highlighted that this law is part of ongoing efforts to compensate the victims, particularly the families of Al-Hamdaniya Hall. Al-Kildani affirmed that the Babylon Movement is determined to complete the legislation of this law as one of its top priorities.
