A fire broke out on an American Airlines plane at Denver International Airport in Colorado, USA, while it was parked at one of the gates.
According to Fox News, the fire caused thick smoke to rise from the aircraft. Passengers on board were forced to stand on the plane's wing during the evacuation. CNN reported that six passengers were taken to the hospital.
It is worth noting that in January, an American Airlines passenger plane collided with a military helicopter while approaching Reagan Airport in Washington, resulting in the deaths of all 60 passengers and four crew members.
