President Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, accompanied by the Minister of Migration and Displacement, Mrs. Evan Faiq Jabro, received His Holiness Patriarch Mar Gewargis III Younan, Catholicos-Patriarch of the Ancient Church of the East in Iraq and the world, along with his accompanying delegation, at the Baghdad Palace.

During the meeting, they discussed strengthening security and stability, maintaining peaceful coexistence, and the ongoing efforts to enhance relations among all segments and components of the Iraqi people. The president praised the historical and societal role of Christians and their contributions in various fields.
