The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) reported today, Wednesday, the arrest of the perpetrator of the murder of Igor Kirillov, the commander of the Russian Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Protection Forces. The suspect is a 29-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan.
The FSB added that the "perpetrator of the terrorist attack" was recruited by Ukrainian intelligence.
