"Any Iraqi athlete who wins an Olympic medal will receive the highest reward in the world, which is one million dollars," Muften stated in a statement. This step aims to motivate Iraqi athletes and provide significant support to achieve success in global competitions.

Muften added that "these rewards are part of the committee's strategy to support athletes and develop Iraqi sports in general, expressing hope that this financial incentive will encourage more athletes to achieve outstanding results in the Olympics.
