Western media announced that Firoz Mahmoud Abu Warda, the director of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in northern Gaza, was injured when an Israeli drone targeted a vehicle belonging to the organization today, Saturday.

The media clarified: "The car was on the road near the Jabalia roundabout in the northern sector when it was targeted by the Israeli drone.

And yesterday, Friday, the humanitarian agencies affiliated with the United Nations issued a statement warning that the residents of northern Gaza are at imminent risk of death due to the bombardment, violence, the spread of diseases, and famine.

The heads of UN agencies said in their statement: "The Israeli army and the lack of security prevent humanitarian staff from UN organizations from reaching those in need of relief.
