The usurping Zionist entity continues its aggressive policies and the expansion of conflict in the region with a method of blatant assaults that it commits without restraint. This time, it has directed its hand of aggression towards the Islamic Republic of Iran, having carried out an aerial assault at dawn today on Iranian targets. 

Iraq has previously warned of the serious consequences of the international community's silence regarding the Zionist brutal behavior towards our people in Palestine, its aggressions against Lebanon and Syria, and the new aggression against Iran.

While Iraq condemns and denounces this aggression in the strongest and clearest terms, it reaffirms its solidarity and support for the Islamic Republic of Iran and reiterates its firm and principled stance calling for a ceasefire in Gaza and Lebanon and comprehensive regional and international efforts to support stability in the region.
