Lufthansa German Airlines announced today, Wednesday, that the Lufthansa Group has decided to extend the suspension of flights to both Tehran and Beirut until early next year, amid fears of a wider conflict in the Middle East.

 
The group, which includes Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) and Austrian Airlines, stated that the extension includes the cancellation of flights to and from Tehran until January 31 and flights to and from Beirut until February 28.
