On Tuesday, Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani held a phone call with His Majesty King Abdullah II of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, during which they discussed the general situation in the region, the rapid developments, and the repercussions of the ongoing Israeli aggression against brotherly Lebanon, as well as the genocide being waged against our Palestinian people in Gaza.
The call included a mutual affirmation of the need to expand efforts on international and global levels, urging international organizations and major countries to make every effort to stop the aggression and condemn the Israeli attacks on southern brotherly Lebanon. Additionally, they discussed bilateral coordination between Iraq and Jordan to deliver emergency humanitarian assistance and support to our steadfast peoples in both Lebanon and Palestine.
