The United States has invited Russia to attend the G20 Summit scheduled to be held in Miami next month, and Russian President Vladimir Putin or another representative may take part. Putin has not attended G20 summits since 2019.
U.S. President Donald Trump described Putin’s attendance as something that would be highly beneficial. The Kremlin also stated that Russia will have appropriate representation at the summit.
