. Iraq’s parliament has revealed the agenda for its upcoming session, which does not include an item on electing the President of the Republic. The session will instead feature the swearing-in of several members of parliament and a vote on the permanent parliamentary committees.
The Media Department of the Parliament released the agenda for the seventh session of the current legislative term, announcing that it will take place next Monday.
The agenda includes the constitutional oath for some of the ladies and gentlemen MPs, along with voting on the council’s permanent committees.
The statement added that the session will begin at eleven o’clock in the morning.
