The Kremlin announced on Tuesday that Russia seeks to end the war and ensure lasting peace and is not prepared to replace a comprehensive agreement with short-term decisions.

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that Russia has not seen the text of the joint statement by EU leaders regarding security guarantees for Kyiv and that Moscow will not comment on media reports concerning the matter.
