Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo will miss the match against the Iraqi team due to a "health issue" he experienced, according to a statement released by the Saudi club earlier this morning on the platform X (formerly Twitter).

Al-Nassr FC is scheduled to face Al-Shorta tomorrow, Monday, at the Al-Madina Stadium in Baghdad.

Ronaldo’s absence is a blow to Iraqi fans who have been flocking since Saturday morning to purchase tickets for the match, which sold out within hours, with prices soaring to several times the official rate.
