The Prime Minister reviews the governments achievements and extends an invitation to the political forces.

In a speech delivered to the Iraqi people, Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani reviewed the achievements of his government since taking office, emphasizing the importance of continued support from national political forces amid current challenges

Al-Sudani began his address by affirming that his government was formed under complex political circumstances and was based on a precise and realistic understanding of citizens' aspirations. He noted that his government formulated the concept of a "service-oriented government," focusing on addressing unemployment, poverty, and improving public services, in addition to combating corruption. He pointed out that these efforts would not have succeeded without political support from the State Administration Coalition and national forces.

In the area of social services,  Al-Sudani confirmed that the government included 961,000 new families in the social protection network and provided more than 7.5 million food baskets monthly. He also mentioned allocating over two million students for educational grants and providing 372,000 salaries for designated caretakers

In the education sector, Al-Sudani highlighted the completion of over 500 new school buildings and the renovation of thousands of others. Regarding the energy sector, he confirmed that Iraq’s electricity production reached 27,000 megawatts for the first time and that the country had begun exporting fuel oil after achieving self-sufficiency

AL-Sudani also addressed infrastructure projects such as the Iraq Development Road and the Grand Faw Port, along with new housing projects to address the growing need for accommodation

Economically, Al-Sudani noted the increase in gasoline production to 28 million liters per day and the reduction of imports to their lowest levels, anticipating that imports would cease by early 2025. He also highlighted Iraq’s achievement of self-sufficiency in wheat production and the commencement of major industrial projects

In conclusion, Al-Sudani called on national political forces and constitutional authorities to stand united behind the government to complete its service program. He stressed the importance of resolving the issue of the Speaker of the House of Representatives to enable the government to proceed with necessary ministerial amendments

Sudani reaffirmed his government's commitment to fulfilling the Iraqi people's aspirations, considering the success of the government as a success for Iraq in all its diversity and national orientations. He urged everyone to act with comprehensive responsibility and support the path of reform and development
