Kirkuk Provincial Council Elects Turkmen Front Leader Mohammed Samaan as New Governor.

The Kirkuk Provincial Council has voted to appoint Mohammed Samaan, the head of the Turkmen Front, as the new governor, succeeding Rebwar Taha.
