In a meeting that underscores Iraq’s openness to international humanitarian partnerships, Mr. Rayan Al-Kildani welcomed Ambassador Dr. Haitham Bou Said, the High Representative for Foreign Affairs of the International Human Rights Council accredited to the United Nations, along with his accompanying delegation of international and youth figures.
The discussion focused on ways to support Iraqi youth by improving economic and educational conditions, expanding job opportunities, and promoting entrepreneurial projects in coordination with the International Council. The meeting also addressed the issue of displaced persons and the importance of strengthening rehabilitation programs and voluntary return initiatives to ensure sustainable social and humanitarian integration.
