The Minister of Migration and Displacement, Ms. Evan Faeq Jabro, met with the President of the Nineveh Appeals Court, Judge Raed Hameed, during her visit to the city of Mosul. The two sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation and joint coordination between the ministry and the judiciary regarding the file of displaced individuals and returnees.
Ms. Jabro emphasized the importance of concerted efforts among government institutions to ensure the facilitation of legal procedures for returnees to their areas, contributing to community stability and supporting reconstruction efforts.
For his part, Judge Raed Hameed praised the Ministry of Migration’s efforts in following up on the issues of displaced individuals and providing humanitarian support. He affirmed the readiness of the Nineveh Appeals Court to offer all necessary legal and administrative support to ensure the success of the ministry’s programs in the province.
