Israeli media reported on Saturday that around 10 drones were launched from Iran in the morning hours, triggering sirens in several locations across Israel.
The newspaper Israel Hayom stated that one of the drones directly hit a building in the city of Beit She'an, though no injuries were reported.
According to Israeli radio, the explosion caused by the drone strike ignited a fire in a two-story building, resulting in significant damage.
Israel’s national broadcasting authority added that rescue services were searching for individuals potentially trapped under a heavily damaged home in the same city.
In parallel developments, the Israeli Home Front Command reported that sirens were activated for the second time in less than an hour in the Arava Valley area, south of the Dead Sea. Israeli radio said an Air Force unit intercepted a drone that had crossed into that region, with no injuries or damage reported.
Sirens also sounded in other areas, including southern Golan, the industrial zone in the Negev, and the city of Eilat, following the detection of additional Iranian drones.
