Experts: U.S. Moves One-Third of Its Naval Forces to the Middle East in Preparation for a Major War.

Satellite images have revealed that the United States has transferred one-third of its naval forces to Middle Eastern waters, suggesting preparations for a major war if negotiations with Iran over its nuclear program fail.

According to Erem News, specialized satellite monitoring sites have detected the presence of aircraft carrier CVN-70, alongside several warships from Carrier Strike Group One (CSG-1). Additionally, a guided-missile cruiser and two DDG-class destroyers (DDG-108 Wayne E. Meyer and DDG-104 Sterett) were spotted conducting patrols off the coast of Oman.

The DDG-108 Wayne E. Meyer departed its home port in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, as part of Carrier Strike Group Eleven (CSG-11), operating alongside CVN-68 Nimitz, which is currently stationed in the Pacific Ocean.

Earlier, the Pentagon announced that three U.S. aircraft carriers were heading to the Middle East:

- USS Nimitz (CVN-68)

- USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-77)

- USS George Washington (CVN-73)

Aircraft carriers are advanced military assets and serve as strategic components of U.S. naval forces, tasked with conducting operations worldwide.

The U.S. Naval Institute confirmed that 96 warships have been deployed to the Middle East and the Indian Ocean, accounting for one-third of the total U.S. military naval force.

Military analysts cited by Erem News stated that this significant mobilization is driven by strategic and geopolitical considerations, prompting Washington to boost its military presence in the region. Experts emphasized that the deployment of one-third of the U.S. Navy in the Middle East does not reflect minor tensions or a limited conflict—instead, they believe the United States and Israel are preparing for a major war.

Notably, this massive naval deployment has coincided with the stationing of nearly one-third of the U.S. B-2 bomber fleet, one-fourth of its B-52 fleet, and one-tenth of its B-1 fleet at military bases in the region.
