The meeting reviewed the general situation and the progress of the governmental program and the achieved strategic developmental projects to meet the aspirations of citizens in all areas of Iraq, as well as monitoring the work of provincial councils, addressing stalled service projects, and pushing forward the wheels of development and the economy.
The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of continuous work and integration between the executive and legislative authorities to face challenges and accelerate the development of productive sectors, especially the non-oil economy, to create new job opportunities and optimal management of oil wealth, as well as maximizing the resources of industry, agriculture, and services.
Mr. Al-Hakim praised the international and regional events hosted by Baghdad, indicating the consolidation of stability, security, and openness to all economic partnerships and regional integration for sustainable development, which contributes to the region's stability.
