Armenians in Lebanon are living in difficult conditions. War puts them in front of two choices: staying in their homeland or fleeing to an unknown fate.

Armenians in Lebanon are facing difficult conditions due to the escalation of Israeli operations, which threatens their safety and existence in their homeland. These, numbering over 150,000 people, live under the burden of intense aerial bombardment and a war that spares no one.

The ongoing war has turned the lives of the Armenian community into a nightmare of fear and anxiety, and scenes of violence in Lebanon have evoked painful memories of past tragedies.

According to a report published by Radio Europe, many Lebanese Armenians fear that this crisis will force them to leave their homeland, Lebanon. Although the hope for peace seems slim, they continue to hold on to Lebanon as an integral part of their identity and heritage.

This crisis has now put them in front of a difficult choice between staying in their homeland or fleeing to an unknown fate that might distance them from their roots.
