The President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Pavel Jalal Talabani, confirmed that the Patriotic Union has returned to its original path and has started a revolution that has terrified its opponents to correct the course of governance in the Kurdistan Region.
Pavel said in a speech during a carnival organized by the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, attended by the candidates of his list in the Erbil district and a large number of his supporters and followers, that "the upcoming elections are very important, and there is no room for fraud, and you can change the political equation in the region. The current government is leading the country towards a police state, and we will put an end to that, as traders are leaving Erbil because of the intimidation and extortion they face."
President Pavel addressed the people of Kurdistan, saying, "Vote for the party that can improve your situation. We promise to form the best government, and you should head to the ballot boxes and mark them in green. Dedicate half an hour to us for voting, and we will serve you for four years."
In his speech, Pavel mentioned: "The National Union will revive the spirit of Kurdistan and preserve the dignity and security of our people. The victories of the National Union in the past were not coincidental, as it operates according to plans and programs. Therefore, our opponents flee from the National Union and are terrified of us. The National Union has now returned to its original path and has started a revolution that has frightened the opponents."
Regarding the rights of the components in the region, he pointed out that "the Kurdistan Democratic Party exploits the components for its own interests, and we want the components to have real representation."
