The Ministry of Health announced today, Sunday, that it received 52 injured individuals from both the Palestinian and Lebanese people, all of whom have recovered, while confirming its readiness to meet any requests made by its Lebanese counterpart.
The Minister of Health, Saleh Al-Hasnawi, said in an interview with the official agency, which was followed by "Al-Awwal," that Iraq has received a large number of Palestinian and Lebanese casualties due to the Israeli aggression to treat them in government hospitals.
Al-Hassanawi added that "the Ministry of Health sent medical aid in addition to assistance from the Iraqi Red Crescent and the Popular Mobilization Forces," noting that "we are in continuous contact with the Lebanese Ministry of Health and are ready to meet any requests they make."
He pointed out that "the number of Lebanese casualties exceeded 21, and they were treated in healthcare institutions, in addition to 31 Palestinian casualties, all of whom have recovered."
