Today, Tuesday, October 8, 2024, the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Dr. Faik Zidan, arrived in Moscow at the head of a high-level judicial delegation.
The Chairman of the Council is visiting the Russian Federation at the invitation of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation for the purpose of enhancing judicial and legal cooperation between the two countries.
The visiting delegation included the esteemed gentlemen, the Attorney General, the Head of the Judicial Oversight Authority, the Presidents of the Appeals Courts (Basra-Qadisiyyah), and the Director General of the General Judicial Guard Department.
The delegation was received by the First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of Russia, Dr. Yuri Ivanenko, and the Head of the International Relations Department, Mr. Mikhail Paskakov.
