Following the Iranian attack... Satellite images show the destruction of the Nevatim Israeli base which houses F-35 aircraft.

The Associated Press released satellite images showing complete destruction at the Nevatim Israeli base, which houses F-35 aircraft, following the Iranian missile attack.

The Iranian ballistic missile attack targeted the Nevatim airbase on October 1, among other key objectives in the country.

The facility hosts squadrons of fifth-generation F-35 fighters belonging to the Israeli Air Force, and a third squadron was previously expected to be stationed there after its delivery.

The second wave of attacks on Israel included the attack on Nevatim Airbase and the launch of 200 hypersonic Fattah missiles.

Iranian state media reported that the missiles hit Nevatim, Hatrim, and Tel Nof airbases, as well as Israeli tanks in Netzarim—referring to an Israeli military corridor in central Gaza—and gas facilities in the city of Ashkelon in southern Israel.

It is noteworthy that Nevatim Airbase, also known as Airbase 28, is an Israeli Air Force base located 15 km southeast of Beersheba, near the Moshav Nevatim in the Negev Desert. It is one of the largest airbases in Israel and has three runways of varying lengths.
